A species with an infectious laugh stemming it's roots from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Pengu's are rare in existence with currently only one found occasionally roaming British Columbia Canada. Once spotted at Tap House and Rogers arena, Pengu's can turn a frown upside down with just one small meep meep laugh.
