Jase-squatch 

A finishing move where the man grabs the woman by her hair, loads his testicles into her mouth and when he ejaculates, uses his free hand to take the tip of his penis and mash it against her forehead, splattering all in her hair and on surrounding objects. Can also be plural.

"You get any last night?"
"Yea but she was totally pissed when I Jase-squatched on her and ruined her drapes with the splatter."

Perfect Squat 

A cleanly pinched turd. Pinched at the peak of ripeness flowing like a breeze out the bunghole leaving no fecal remnants. Hallmarked by the one swipe wipe.

I was running late this morning so I made up a little time when I had a perfect squat.

Man the dude in the stall next to me clearly has a perfect squat. I heard the splash and one wipe. I spent over 20 minutes trying clean my mud butt from that toothpaste turd I squirted out.

strength athletes.

b) A lift performed by american high school football
team members and posted on Youtube involving combining
an ever increasing amount of weight on the bar with an ever
decreasing range of motion.
