A reference to Captain Sol, a character widely considered the most powerful Tank on the City of Heroes MMORPG. The character is famous for several incredible feats of in-game ability that have become legend among many players. The word is most often said as a statement of surprise or as a comparative explicative.

A sextually transmitted disease; play the sexually transmitted disease, Crabs.
Generally results in using all caps after recieving a "sext", thumb cramps, misspelling of words, lulz syndrome.
