240p we meet again

YouTube videos uploaded from 2005-early 2008 were displayed in 240p. Higher qualities become commonplace, and subsequently 240p was only used by people with slow internet speeds. Due to this, when a viewer comes across an old YouTube video in the 240p resolution, they may say the phrase '240p we meet again', or something along those lines due to being unaccustomed to viewing such a low resolution.

Bob views a video uploaded in July of 2006, and comments "240p we meet again".

“Nice to Meet You” is a common phrase used when meeting a new person/group of people. In the US, It is typically followed by a hand shake or a friendly conversation. Sometimes if the person is connected with a friend or family member it could be followed by a hug or some other embrace. Using said recordings, the prankster called the irate black man and proceeded to use the man's own prerecorded voice to prank call himself. The defined phrase was uttered in the slew of hilarious, foul-mouthed ramblings of the man.
