Someone who enjoys having a good time, partying i.e. being wild, but at the same time just can't bothered sometimes, i.e. idle.

Also, can mean that too much partying has led them to be unmotivated in other aspects of their life.

John was partying all weekend and now he can't be bothered going to work. He's well wildle.
