Girl who uses halloween as an excuse to act and dress like a slut. Halloween sluts are characterized by wearing a mix of things such as, bras, boy shorts, furry boots or even sometime tutus. If you are a grown adult you should know tutus are for children. What makes the slutty outfit a costume is the headband that has ears, or wearing a tail.

Girl 1: I am going to be a panda for Halloween
Girl 2: What's your costume look like?
Girl 1: Black boy shorts, white tutu, black bra and furry boots.
Girl 2: How is that a panda?
Girl 1: Oh, I have a headband with ears on it.
Girl 2: Sounds more like a halloween tramp

Hallmarketed

When a subpopulation that had not previously been considered a significant target market has a section of the Hallmark card display rack devoted to it. i.e. half - sibling birthday cards, and foster child anniversary charms.

I was surprised to find a section of Nurse's Week cards at Walgreens, and realized that we'd been Hallmarketed.

The best night of the year. Kids dress up and walk around getting candy, teen boys go around scaring kids and stealing their candy, teen girls dress up slutty, and adults turn all their lights off in their house and wait till Halloween is over.
