when you post a comment to someone's status update, and after refreshing you realize someone else made an almost identical comment at the same time.

jane doe (comment, updated 8 seconds ago): it's showgirls 2!!!
jimmy doe (comment, updated 10 seconds ago): it's like the showgirls of our generation!
jane doe: omg, we just had a comment collision!

1. The study of Internet comments pertaining to a particular subject

2. An educational system comprised of uncorroborated and often fallacious information taken from the comments section of various online sources (blogs, news articles, videos)

3. Continuous exposure to comments presented by anonymous posters whom often have malicious or evil intent

The feeling you get when looking back or remembering your old facebook posts, status', pictures, etc. and realize that they were dumb as hell or made no sense.

Guy 1:"Do you remember when we had that five day conversation on facebook about pokemon? I'm having some comment regret about that."
OR
Guy 1:"I'm feeling some comment regret about those pictures I posted of me passed out drunk now that my mom saw them and took away my tuition."

Comment Murderer

One who comments on a facebook status with a random word, or stupid joke that no one understands or everyone hates, therefore causing other people the sudden urge not to comment on it. Usually this person is not liked by anyone on facebook, and in most cases real life.
