His long hair fell into his face, as usual, and he did the 'punk twitch' to temporarly remove it, until it fell back down, again.

Dick Twitch

A spontaneous, short burst of arousal that is stimulated by looking at a sexually explicit or lewd image. Not a erection or a chub. Its a natural response your penis makes to indicate that what it just looked at was pleasing or nutworthy. Could be a sign of coomerism or too much cooming on the penis that it attempts to limit its mobility by just twitching and not get full-on boners.
