Overly watery yet frothy and extremely vile, flowing excrement that appears to have substance yet has no known purpose

I was up all night filling my toilet bowl with trumpement
Walking down the the street suddenly an orange bird sprayed all it's trumpement on my head, that smell will be there for days

Trumperculosis 

An illness that has spread out of control because President Trump refused to enact any measures to slow its spread and downplayed its severity right from the beginning. His supporters also helped it spread by disregarding common sense and refusing to wear masks, wash hands, and social distance.

Cletus's firm stance against face masks and social distancing finally caught up with him; he finally contracted Trumperculosis.

My neighbor is such a trumpette. His parents bought him a trump flag to fly off the back of his new jeep.

As an English suffix, -ette forms diminutives (kitchenette), distinctively feminine nouns (majorette), and names of imitation products (leatherette). With Trump in front, Trumpette refers to distinctly to women who support Trump.

Doctor: had another patient decline the COVID vaccine today, said she trusts hydroxychloroquine more. smh. What a Trumpette.
