Sinan is a Turkish name for male, but lately the word has been used as a new word to describe someone's actions in Lithuanian language.

Word Sinan is used in a sentience when you want someone to change their attitude towards someone.

For example
Your colleague roughly puts the phone down.
Then you say to him "Come on Dude don't act like Sinan"
