This phrase is used by stupid middle school children to giggle that they " said a cuss word hehehe..." in school.
The direct translation is shit house in German.
Keep in mind these kids just scream this and giggle in the middle of the hall.

Scheisse hause! Hehehe, I said a cuss word guys hehehe.
