This is a word that was made up for an anonymous poster on 4chan's /trash/ board on March 10, 2021. However, the word wasn't created by someone on 4chan. In fact, the creator of the word had never been on the website before and couldn't even access the replies to the original post (because it seems to be deleted).
They just didn't want the original poster to feel left out, so they made up the word by putting together fusion, ossa (Latin for skeleton), and philia (fetish). After that, it was promptly slapped onto Urban Dictionary for all to see, because gosh darnit, I put so much effort into coining the term so of course I want people to use it.
