nashua drive by

a form of drive by which occurs in the new hampshire city of nashua. since the town is predominantly white (as is the rest of the state) and there is little crime, the people committing the drive by will not shoot or harm their victims, but only stare at them with an intense glare or 'stink eye'. the term does not have to be used only within the city of nashua.
