A driver (male/female) known to ALWAYS allow others the right-of-way, often causing his/her passengers to become angry at them for being overly nice to any and all traffic.

A traffic DJ plays loud music in his car, usually rap, with his sunroof down and all his windows open. Especially annoying during heavy traffic commutes.

I had to drive an entire hour in a traffic jam next to a traffic DJ. It sucked.

Damn, dude, you should've seen this close call. I was knittin' up traffic this morning, ridin' out on the slab, and a lady came driving out of nowhere, cutting me off with no brake lights. I almost hit her!
