Saiman Says is an intelligent YouTuber, who is unironically funny because of ironically cringe and lame jokes. You can be against him at one point of time, but will soon realize what he said was right and he was being visionary back then. Like he predicted what harm will T-Series do to the individual creators but got a lot of hate back the, but then, after that "RITVIZ incident" everybody realized his point.
Although being unbiased, yet he somewhat manipulated his audience over the usage of homophobic slurs in the Youtube VS TikTok controversy, while he laughed on such jokes in his previous video. Duh! but it was indeed necessary to stop all the toxicity. Again a smart move by our boy.

Saigon

Formerly, this city was the capital of Republic of Vietnam. Saigon was called "the Pearl of the Far East" or "Paris in the Orient". Here in HCMC, you can find a lot of communities such as the Chinese one in Cho Lon area, the working-classes near the industrial zones, the upper class in District 7, to name but a few.

THE duo of the sixties, and THE greatest musicians of any era. Had a reunion at the Grammys several years ago, and held a nationwide tour entitled "Old Friends" last year. Popular for songs like The Sound of Silence, Mrs. Robinson, The Boxer, their amazing arrangement of Scarborough Faire, and Bridge Over Troubled Water. Paul Simon did almost all the writing, but they wouldn't have made it without Art Garfunkel, who provides amazing harmonies.
