Like spagbol being short for spaghetti bolognese, Tagbol is the abbreviation of tagiatelli bolognese, probably also coined from someone who couldn't pronounce tagiatelli bolognese in the first instance.

Leon: Fancy coming over for dinner tonight mate?

Mark: Can do, on my own tonight, what you having?

Leon: Lisa is making Tagbol.

Mark: Nice one, Tagbol is my favourite.

This form of tagging is becoming more and more popular across the United States and is a anonymous way of letting a Douchebag know that they are infact, a Douchebag! Most douchebags are totally unaware of the fact that they act like douchebags and just need some enlightenment.

"Douchebag Tagging" is similar to the all time favorite game of taping a sign on someone's back that boldly states, "I'm Gay, Please Kick Me"!
