Common practices include telling cashiers how sorry and appalled you are about the decline of values, while he or she rings up the merchandise that you *chose* to purchase on this day.

Have you seen the new change management process? I have to put in a request for change, then send that to 2 managers to approve, then it comes back to me and I have to then contact the group that will put the change in and get their approval. then that comes back to me and I have to get those 2 managers to approve AGAIN...And only THEN do I sit on a weekly meeting to have the change management admins give their final approval?! I mean, how much of a branching cluster fuck can you get!!??
