When you are in a bad mood or mind set over something which has annoyed or triggered you. It is used in mostly gaming where something unfortunate has happened and you get angry quicker or more salty. Can also be used not in gaming.

Jeff: WTF, The guy killed me 5 times already, WHY is he still going for me, I HATE THIS GAME!!!
Bob: Bro,I think you're tilted, you should probably get off or you're gonna tilt even more.
Jeff:*turns off his PC instead of tilting to the point where he broke his PC
