Based on the President Obama Inaugural Oath when Chief Justice John Roberts incorrectly stated the words “that I will execute the Office of President to the United States faithfully”; thereby causing President Obama to pause and disrupting Obama's special moment. In general she doesn’t talk a lot in fact most times you have to pull it out of her. But she is very kind and nice not one to be annoying.
