A despotic public official appointed to decide cases in a court of law using bias and financial reason as their own personification of justice. A judge that rules within a budget of an estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time thus becoming a danger to the community. A judge who is considered corrupt.
The family court appointed judge was not an impartial referee , she was a crudge.
