Chubby, pale geeks who buy military/SWAT look-alike rifles and handguns, to which are attached all kinds of tacticool accessories such as flashlights, laser sights, red-dot sights, and other rail accessories. The tactinerd then dresses up in military-style camo or SWAT-team black clothing, and poses for hours in front of a mirror while dreaming of being like the tough guys he sees on TV cop shows.

Johnny just bought three more tactical flashlights for his SOCOM pistol. He thinks he's tacticool, but he's just a tactinerd.
