Blackwashing is when a person changes a character's previous race to black. Blackwashing is just as bad as whitewashing, and it's a fact. The only acceptable reason is if you do that solely for fun. In terms of representation, it sucks ass because creating a black
original character is not that hard and
absolutely not problematic, unlike looking down at a specific race and deciding the character is better when it's black.

that's the problem, you just think a certain race is superior than others when really everyone should be equal. This ''representation'' doesn't help with anything but offend those who have the same race as the character's original design.
