To describe someone of Filipino descent who is mixed with a honky (white) mother or father. A Filipino + Honky = Fonky.

Fonky

Fonky: An adjective used to describe a food that should be crispy - but has adopted a soft texture.

Example: an apple that is normally crispy and should go *Crack* when you bite into it - but it goes *Fonk* instead.

Also used to describe the texture of crackers that are kept in a dry-storage bin with the lid left open. They are fonky.
