Piperette

After the 2009 cigarette tobacco tax increase, retarded tobacco companies started selling pipe tobacco to make cigarettes. This loophole allowed them to sell pretty much the same stuff without paying the government the tax on it. Only problem is that the pipe tobacco tastes and smells like feet.

-While on smoke break-

Adam - "Dude, what are you smoking? Your cig smells like my gym bag!"

M. Ryan - "Its a piperette, man! Its crappy pipe tobacco in a cigarette, but hey, I make it work."

Adam - "You're retarded. Why don't you just buy the real stuff? Its more money but still cheaper than prepack smokes."
