Girthy Nipples

Girthy Nipples are of unusual size in girth, as big (or even bigger in extreme Girthy Nipple cases) as #2 pencil eraser,extending out further than one would expect or is average. They are also similar in appearance Italian sausage- like what might be on your pizza. In positive instances, they can be fun to chew on... in others they can be disturbing, but difficult to turn away from.

Anthony: I just saw that noodie pic you just forwarded me; she has extremely girthy nipples, yo'!

Xtena: No kidding, they are gargantuan- not to mention a fun shade of bright pink... like a hibiscus flower!!
