A insult referring to fanboys of the anime character from the show "Bleach" known as the 10th squad captin "Toushiro Hitsugaya". Fan boys are called Hitsugaytards when they simply love hitsugaya to the retarded point of obsession and i mean "love" like homosexual if your a guy. Hence Hitsu-gay-tard.

I love hitsugaya, he is such a beast because he is soooo cool. I wish i could be just like him thats why i bought his cosplay.
