A person to whom you not only draw chalk with, but tell everything to. There are no secrets between you two, and you can trust each other. But, on TOP of that, you enjoy drawing with chalk with each other.

chalk talk

When a teacher writes on a chalk board and doesn't explain anything. THey don't talk about it, they write about it, and expect you to know a whole new concept.

GUY 1: hey, did you get what he was talking about in physics? i didnt understand those notes.

GUY2:no way, he's the worst teacher, all chalk talk. Doesn't explain anything.

GUY1: i know what a fag.

An essential used by the Ceej Fraternity for terrorzing purposes among other uses. It has been used to "Ceej" cars, which includes covering them in paint, and has cause quarrels between the Ceej leaders.

The Ceej Leaders covered Matt Colturi's car in glass chalk.

One of the most inane chants in the history of collegiate sports. KU students will, in a very Tourette's-like fashion, break out the phrase at seemly random, inappropriate times. They tend to attach a "man" or "motherfucker," further implicating their level of douche.

"Our football team is undefeated, and who gives a shit if our strength of schedule was below Yale's, rock chalk"
"We'll forever harbor extreme resentment over the departure of Roy Williams, rock chalk"
