The practice of descending into a limestone cave and worshiping at the alter of beer (also known as playing pong) until such a time as the suns rays are visible over the horizon. This ritual is generally followed by consumption of diner food.

Verily, they descended into the cave to undergo the rite of Pong 'Til Dawn. After imbibing the brew of barley and hops, dunking, knocking over, and chugging for serving without music, they ascended from the cave, the suns rays kissing the temple. They emerged from the cave as brothers and went out into the world to consume grease, eggs, cheese, and home fries.
