A colloquial insult describing a condition being the result of performing frequent fellatio. Persons of this calibre often behave in an ignorant manner, due to an excessive amount of phallaces entering the cranial region.

An occasional slut.

Someone who has periods of addicktion. They may not typically be a slut, but has the capacity to be and there are times when they get more dick that one would care to think about. Like binge drinking but with dicks instead of alcohol. You don't do it all the time but when you do, you go hell-for-leather.
