Also known as L-town.

Normal person: "What the fuck is that kid doing? Lapeer is so fucked up."

Scene kid: "I'm diggin this rad shit" (whilst getting a tattoo of a razor blade slitting his wrist.)"Fuck yeah! L-town forever!"

When you get stoned out of your mind and go for a ride in car, take out your phone while in the middle of the ride and place it on your lap when you finish instead of placing back in your pocket or compartment. Then while exiting the vehicle you forgot the phone was on your lap and SMASH it falls on the pavement. Thus stoner lapped. This includes, but is not limited to, the driver and all passengers
