Awkward Ice-Skate

The awkward moment between friends, when one, particularly keen on ice skating, is promised an opportunity to participate in this recreational sport with other friend(s) but then at the last minute said "friend" refuses to participate leaving the other on an ice-prairie of not having anyone to skate with.

Furious hand gestures are then made, mimicking pirouetting motion and fist shaking in rage.

"Hey Jude, do you fancy going ice skating, on the new Christmas rink in town?"
"Yeah, I promise you we'll go next week"
"Sweeeeeet"
*Next Week*
"Lets go to the ice rink then!"

"Nah, it's too cold"

Awkward Sandwich

When you are in between two people who both commence in an embarrassing act and you do not partake, thus making you (and possibly the other people at the scene) feel super awkward.

So the other day I was carpooling with some new people and I was smashed in the backseat when their group song came on the radio, so they started dancing and singing like crazy and I got stuck in an awkward sandwich.

Awkward Christmas Tree

That one christmas tree that just has something off. It would be perfect to cut down and bring home if it werent for the fact that one side is disproportional, its bent at the bottom, smells weird, etc. Also applicable to people.
