The behaviors a man exhibits that are similar to those of a woman going through menapause. Crying, night sweats, b*tchiness, etc...

When Dave hit 50 he really went down hill. He's so emotional and on edge all the time. He must be going through manapause.

Meaning: Some sort of disaster involving a man. Usually has something to do with a girl, although major injuries, missing a football game, and midlife crises also count.

I had a total mantasrophe the other day; I missed the big game and my girlfriend broke up with me. I suck. Think I'll go get a beer or something.
