The high-pitched nasal sound that is heard by non-Americans while one American speaks loudly in the background, generally heard when traveling through a beautiful place far, far away from the U.S. (such as Italy). Generally though, for some inexplicable reason there is always backsound.

Backseat Barbequer

When somebody is grilling on the barbeque and somebody else is standing over their shoulder the entire time telling them everything that they are doing wrong and critizing their every move.
