To mitch out or the act of mitching out. When a buddy suggests or commits to an action and then mitchs out because of some weak reason. Weak reasons can include but are not limited to: “it’s too cold” “I’m attending your moms” “it’s too hot” “I’m drinking already” “I’m getting ready for bed”

May be alternatively pronounced as //mitchdowd//

Word used to describe when someone takes the easy way out of something they don’t want to do. Usually a beta male trying to avoid their responsibilities. For example, when someone bids a ladder truck off of a heavy rescue.
