Fuckhead Syndrome 

A Syndrome denoting one's overly zealous, overly attention-seeking, overly "jock"; ultimately "over-rated" behavior. First diagnosed in Hobart Tasmania (2005).

Note: Charles, in the context of FS, is oven confused with Charles Anderson; a heavy-weight boxing champion In New York. Both Charles do however bear similar physical features (prominent belly, and menacing facial-profile), this often accounts for the confusion in Identity.

Hipster Fuckhead 

A person that isn't technically a hipster, but often dresses like one, and listens to quite a bit of hipster-esque music. In order to be a "hipster fuckhead," you cannot be a complete hipster. This term is reserved for people with hipster-like qualities only

Park like a fuckhead

When someone parks in a manner that:

1) Markedly disrupts traffic on a roadway or parking lot.

2) Makes illegal or incorrect use of a handicapped accessible spot(s) or adjacent loading areas.

3) Uses more than one parking spot, and in doing so inconveniences others due to traffic volume or ease of accessibility. A vehicle parked in more than one spot when a parking area is less than 50% utilized does not constitute fuckheadery.

4) Ignores the availability of special parking areas (trailer, rv, etc.), and in doing so inconveniences other drivers. However, should special parking not be available, driver shall make his best effort to use as few spaces as possible, as far from the business as possible, to not cause inconvenience to others.

5) Blocks access to designated no parking areas. Manned vehicles are exempt if their presence does not create an immediate traffic or safety concern.

6) In any way significantly impedes access to a public or private driveway.

7) Blocks a pedestrian walkway in such a manner that a pedestrian is put in great peril by seeking an alternate route.

8) Denies fuel pump access to other drivers except while driver is actively fueling the vehicle. Once driver has completed fueling the vehicle, they should proceed to a proper parking area before conducting other business.

9) Otherwise causes true and frivolous inconvenience to other drivers by loss of time, diminished capacity, or restriction of access.

That douchebag in the Corvette parked sideways across two handicapped spots, and obviously he has no placard or handicapped plate. THAT is truly how you park like a fuckhead.
