The large difference in height between a male's raised pectoral muscle and his abs, creating a substantial "hill" or bump; can be traced by dragging the side of the index finger up the abs until it hits the ridge of pectoral muscle.
Note: Although commonly believed to be part of the man boob, the titty ridge is only seen on properly defined muscles, not fat.
