Gang Stalking Rat as in Rat Fink is an expresion that means stoolie or someone who squeals or tells bad things about a
person or what the person did so that person will get
in trouble!

The evil psychopathic person who enrolls someone into
being gang stalked for many years. This person only
has feelings for their self and do not see others as
caring human beings. They have no morals and cannot be
trusted. They are sometimes successful people but will
brutally attack others that they may perceive as a
threat to their position. This person who commits this
social life murder should be punished to the full
extent of the law. This person will eventually suffer
greatly from the evil that they know but not soon
enough!! Research in the US shows these people may be
an Allergist, Nurse, Office Worker, Scout Leader, Drug
Dealer, Car Dealer. Someone with very questionable
ethics. BEWARE you can not see it in their face until
it is too Late !! These people must be served an SRO -
Stalking Restraining Order and brought in to be
questioned, they know the answers to this evil !!!
(Only a few Police Stations per State are funded for
ASU - AntiStalking Unit)

As proof of the above term, there was a woman in Tokyo
Japan who confessed to this evil knowledge. She is
the only Gang Stalking Rat to confess to this date.
This is is what she said to her coworker in a world wide software maker company:
"I am able to ruin you socially. Remember I had
another achievement"
"You have turned on the Devil's Switch"
"We could be under close surveillance. If they are
Professionals you cannot hide."

In Gang Stalking, Anchoring is used to make the target have fear with things happening in your daily life that considered to be normal. That can be done with frequent demonstrations. The key is the frequency just like other Gang Stalking methods. For example, People show you a pen every where you go, and their attitude is rude or crazy against you. You don't know them. You just wonder what's going on. Imagine that happens everyday, for a week, for a month, for a year, then, that makes you have fear with a pen.In this case, a pen is ANCHORED with your state of fear. It can be anything. An open car door or trunk, a pencil, a cell phone, notebook computer, a medical mask, clothes of the same color, anything.
Everytime I go somewhere during the day,an anchoring threat is made by car or truck with a door(s) or trunk open and no one in it sitting in someone's driveway along my route. This is a sign to get out!

2. Street Theater used in Gang Stalking
"Street theater" when spoken of in a gang stalking context refers to carefully scripted harassment by neighbors and strangers especially, but can include harassment by family, friends and co-workers. These skits are designed to keep a target at a high stress level, but are crafted so that outside observers are likely to wave the skits off as "the breaks". The cumulative effect of such skits can be crushing to sensitive victims. Noise, crowding in person or on the highway, stealing items from shopping cart when in the checkout line, and kids sent to hang out in front of, stare, make noise, in front of a victim's house or by putting strange items on a lawn as the victim drives by, such as a vacuum cleaner!
There was a car parked on the roadside and as soon as the person saw me coming, he opened the door and got out into the street! This street theater skit was designed to send a message to get out!
Because it is common to get out of cars it is hard for other people to understand. However in Gang Stalking this is shown to the victim in an overt way at first in a very unusual manner. In the example above it is obvious only to the victim that the person is sitting in the car waiting to get out as the victim goes by, instead of pulling up, stopping and getting out in a normal sequence.

Brighting used in Gang Stalking as a form of Torture or Threat
-
1. Mobile
-
a. This involves a vehicle parked on the roadside with headlights on facing the subject as he/she walks or drives by. The car may then drive away just after the subject sees the truck/car to further target the subject.
-
b. A parked vehicle with headlights on in front of the subject's house that drives away when the subject looks out the window.
-
c. An oncoming car with High Beams on in a location where they should not be used and are not dimmed!!
-
The above two overt tactics are done initially to sensitize the subject.
-
Then the brighting may continue by one or more vehicles parked in a store parking lot with headlights on as subject drives by or vehicles parked in their own driveways with their headlights on as the subject drives by.
-
These tactics are then done many, many times thereafter to torture and threaten the subject as he/she drives by.
-
c. Turning on High beams in normal driving conditions where they should not be used!!
-
2. Stationary
-
This involves shining bright lights on the subject from cars or a neighbors residence through the subject's window. Sometimes a handheld spotlight is used.
When walking or driving down the road, on the other side is a car or truck parked with Headlights ON. As soon as you see this vehicle, it drives off. This is a threat to not go where you are going, which may be your workplace. This is done very overtly at first to assure it is directed at the victim. This sensatizes the victim to look for cars parked with headlights on. Subsequent brightings the vehicle may not drive off. The vehicle may be also be in a parking lot or residential driveway with the Headlights on and may or may not have someone in it!
