Legend has it that a deity planned to marry a beautiful woman named Naipí, who fled with her mortal lover Tarobá in a canoe. Machaca con huevo -- dried, salted beef that is rehydrated, lightly roasted over fire, soaked in water to remove the salt and to soften, then pounded to pieces, traditionally over a mesquite trunk, by a mesquite pole. Then it's put in water again to get out more salt, & finally squeezed & fried in a skillet. A salsa is made with onion, chili, tomato & oregano, the salsa is mixed into the fried beef & the whole thing is cooked for about 5 minutes. Most people expect to eat this with wheat tortillas, beans and coffee. This particular machaca also contains eggs
Cajeta de membrillo & Cajeta de perón -- traditional cajetas are typically gelatin-based deserts congealed in a round box 4 or 5 inches across, made of thin wood slivers. Membrillo is quince, & perón is a pearlike fruit .

U-47700 or Pink - What is U-47700 or Pink?
U-47700, also known as “Pink”, "Pinky", or “U4” on the streets, is a potent, synthetic opioid medication developed as a dangerous designer drug. Even small doses can be very toxic or even deadly.
Reports have surfaced of multiple deaths due to street use of U-47700 or "Pink". Importation into the U.S. is primarily from illegal chemical labs in China.
How is "Pink" sold ?
U-47700 has been seized by law officials on the street in powder form & as tablets. Typically it appears as a white or light pinkish, chalky powder.
It may be sold in glassine bags stamped with logos imitating heroin, in envelopes & inside knotted corners of plastic bags. Labels on the products may state “not for human consumption” or “for research purposes only”, probably in an effort to avoid legal detection.
Some "Pink" products have been sold to mimic bags of heroin or prescription opioid tablets.
In Ohio, authorities seized 500 pills resembling a manufacturer’s oxycodone immediate-release tablets, but they were confirmed by chemical analysis to contain “Pink”.
U-47700 has also been identified & sold on the Internet misleadingly as a “research chemical” at roughly $30 per gram.

Big Bear Malt Liquor
Big Bear Malt Liquor was one of Pabst Brewing Company's most beloved 40oz malt liquors, up until 2013 when it got the axe. It was often compared to Olde English 800 because the ABV varied among North America. The east coast had 5.7%, the west coast had 7.5%, & Canada had it in both 8.0% and 7.0% at different times .
Big Bear Malt Liquor was like a mix between Budweiser ,olde English 800 & Steel Reserve 211 if you can imagine that .

Red wolf beer was a discontinued beer made by
Anheuser-Busch not to be confused with red dog beer .
13.5 ABV .
Like many red beers, this beer pours an amber-reddish color that is beautiful to look at. As typical with lagers, this color is effervescent & what we like to describe as amazingly clear. A head of white foam appears as soon as the beer is poured, and the head retention is quite commendable. The head dissolves, leaving a very obvious lacing that forms every time you take a gulp.
There’s clearly moderate carbonation as it is hard to miss the tiny bubbles floating through the beer glass. Without a doubt, this lager has a unique color. Most beer drinkers would agree that red lagers are perhaps one of the most aesthetic beers ever.The aroma of this beer is predominantly malty alongside a grainy note that suggests that corn is part of it. You can also perceive a hoppiness, although the note is relatively light.
An earthy or herbal smell reminds one of straw, grass, and what seems to be pine. There’s also a sour scent similar to what you’d perceive from rotten fruit.
It was possible made to rival company Miller Brewing Company and their red dog beer .
It sold very poorly and Anheuser-Busch gave it the
Axe in the late 1990s early 2000s
