Yoomer

Refers to members of Generation Y, sometimes called "millennials," and is a play on the term "Boomer," which refers to members of the Baby Boomer generation. Yoomer is sometimes used as a pejorative against a person/people who constantly talk or post about how good the 90's and/or early 2000's were. An example can be making a post about how western cartoons today are not as good as 90's cartoons.

A member of the Millennial generation, born between 1981-1996. Peaking in 2014, they are found nowadays reminiscing about how the 90’s were better, building country chic craft beer breweries at your nearest gentrified neighborhood, peddling chimeric crowdfunded silicon valley tech startup companies, worshipping self titled rise-and-grind “entrepreneurs” and brand “influencers” on Instagram, travel blogging, humblebragging, voluntouristing, taking Buzzfeed quizzes, getting fucked over by two recessions within the span of a decade, eating avocado toast, having their hair side parted, wearing ripped skinny jeans, and being shit on simultaneously by both Boomers, Xoomers, and Zoomers.

A Yoomer is slang term for a Millienial, Generation Y, considering that they’re are other terms similar like Boomers having a age range from 1946 to 1964 and Zoomers having a age range from 1995 to 2015. Yoomers usually tend to be entitled or lack any skills to work as hard as previous generations aside from boomers but are more ignorant and contradicting than future generations considering that they are still trapped in their child-like thinking. They caused many things like the division of America due to extreme politic motives and/or authoritarian dictating. They also caused the excuse of supporting misandry and victimizing which both are biased and are considered similar to things like Racism and Segregation. Reason being since they weren’t able to experience struggle and working like The Greatest Generation, wasn’t able to be given any privilege and benefits like Baby Boomers, wasn’t able to raise children right way like Generation X, and wasn’t able to connect more to the world and other groups of different races, genders, and more with ease like Generation Z making them the generation that wasn’t need nor gain any providence and reasoning to society but was there because of unfortunate circumstances.
