A variation of the "Mother Insult" type of joke/taunt. My friends and I use this as playful banter.

Person A: Hey, your mom called.
Person B: Yeah?
Person A: Yeah, she wants to know if she can borrow some batteries for her vibrator. (Or something equally disturbing)

originally derived from "your mom" but suffixing the "called" after a brief pause to add comedy and confussion to the recipiant

person a: dude, you're dumb
person b: oh yeah... well... your mom!... called.
person a: (confused) seriously?
