Your Grasp

Your Grasp - first introduced in the inspirational poem “Your Grasp - Don’t Ever Give Up On You” (2021) created, written ,and introduced on The Consummate Transitioner website. Your Grasp is about you, the individual, on a personal journey of in achieving your ambitions, goals, successes, aspirations, endeavors, objectives, and desires, such as winning a goal medal, or graduating from high school, or college. You can achieve and attain all of your accomplishments if you hold on and stay in the race and do not ever give up. It may not be easy, so do not expect it to be. Keep on running your race until you accomplish your goals.
Your grasp is attainable if you do not ever give up.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
