Can be partying, wasting money, swearing, or anything that doesn't have a straight purpose.
Comes from the letter "Y," which sounds like "why?"
It's a reminder that you need to have the why in what you're doing - how does it benefit you?
Derived from the original idea behind the "Y" - asking "why?" before you do anything.
When you're yooning, you're not asking that question. You're just doing things that don't move you forward or serve a purpose.
