Yesticles

Inflated nodules of false agreement, typically found in group meetings where no one wants to be the dissenting voice.

A person who compulsively says “yes” to everything—often out of fear, confusion, or chronic need to please—without contributing any actual value.

Symbolic approval offered with zero follow-through. See also: “spineless consensus.”
“We all agreed it was a terrible idea, but the yesticles kicked in and now we’re building a blockchain-based fridge.”
