A synthesis of the two words "Yankee" and "Mongoloid". Within the U.S., it refers to a white liberal northerner. Outside of the U.S., it refers to a white conservative American. Both refer to a privileged and often naive person who feels morally obligated to judge others perceived as less than.
Yank: "Readily accessible biking trails are the hallmark of civil society."
Non-Yank: "STFU Yankoid!"
A simple maincore replacement for State-side, which actually makes no sense at all. Why? Because although folk from the USA like to use this expression to mean 'back in the USA', it could mean any State whatsoever.
Yankside immediately transmits the idea of the United States of America. Additioanlly as it is similar to but not the same as saying or writing State-side, it is instantly recognized as what it is: Being in the USA
"I've had it with Europe, I'll be Yankside in two days" said Cuthbert to his girlfriend.
I find that when Yankside, things are immediately safer, more American and less Communist
