1. having foreign, multicultural, or different qualities
2. open to/celebratory of foreign ideas, people, and things

Example for definition 1:"With it's multiculturalism and pro-immigrant background, NYC is as xenoic as it gets."
Example for definition 2: "Studying abroad is a great idea for xenoic people who want to experience foreign cultures and meet new people."
