woractically is used when the person/persons generally in a funk, can't type and or spell correctly . A word used as a substitute for other words they can't think of at the moment.

Again, the person using the word is generally too high to recognize that they are even speaking, let alone using made up words.

use of this word creates much confusion in the sober community.
