This is an expression that is reserved for only the most wicked of the wicked, rude, mean, people. Someone who is a witch bitch is terrible and makes you want to pull your eyes and hair out. They are to be avoided at all costs. This can alternatively also be written "bitch witch".

"Witch Bitch" is a term for someone who is not just your average unpleasant person but embodies a scary, psychopathic, voodoo-like behavior. They are vengeful, temperamental, ruthless, chaotic, and have a personality disorder, stopping at nothing until they are satisfied with causing suffering.

1. After they split, Jane turned into a total witch bitch, pullin' all sorts of wild moves to make her ex's life a living hell.

2. In our wild office, everyone knew to stay on Sandra's good side 'cause nobody wanted to deal with the witch bitch drama if they got on her bad side.
