Pathetic attempt at viral marketing by eBay. Windorphins are a play off of "endorphins," except instead of bring triggered by physical activity, windorphins are triggered by "winning" Ebay auctions.

Bob: I just won a laptop on eBay for $1000!
Bill: You can buy that laptop at BestBuy for $500...
Bob: I don't care, I can feel the windorphins!!
