Wackensack 

A place people would consider a "fly-over" town or city. It is a small, undeveloped area of a state. Some might call it uncultured...

I don't know how they do it down in Wackensack but here in Kansas City, we don't use sporks.

"whackshack" Is a term used to define someone unconventional almost to an insane degree. The kind of person that will jump off a 3 storey building into a bush to impress people can be refferred to as such.
