A corrupt third-rate, low-rent, lowlife attorney in a black dress sitting as a "judge" of the Medina County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas. A serial philanderer who, along with his "official" court reporter (with benefits) has been materially altering transcripts of court proceedings since at least 2003. Weaselpecker's "judicial" philosophy is summed up by his declaration that the United States Constitution is "just a scrap of paper, not rules or law."

"Weaselpecker" Collier and his "official" court reporter (with benefits) have gone on a weekend love tryst while his family stays at home to cut the grass.
